The Successful Applicant:

  • Possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field, with a strong preference for candidates with advanced qualifications and experience in the Paper and Packaging sector.
  • Demonstrates extensive leadership experience in process engineering, specifically within the Paper and Packaging industry, including managing teams with direct reports.
  • Has a robust understanding of the technical challenges and opportunities unique to paper and packaging manufacturing, with a proven track record of implementing successful process improvements.
